Lake Union Houseboat with Space Needle Views - Available for the World Cup

Rarely available, beautifully hand-crafted newer houseboat with all the amenities you want in your home away from home. Two floors and three decks, ALL WITH VIEWS. Dine on the roof as the sun sets, with a view of the Space Needle. And it has the only OUTDOOR BATHTUB ON THE LAKE (that we know of)! Soak with a view of the lit up Seattle skyline.

Parking and all utilities included. No extra charges.

Two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. Main bedroom has queen bed, down duvet and sliding glass door opens to the deck on the lake. Watch the city skyline from bed. (The Space Needle is visible from bed but only during winter when the trees across the lake are bare.) Step on to your own paddle board and two kayaks. Sometimes a blue heron visits--see photo. Second bedroom has a desk, and a single trundle bed that opens to a king bed with two duvets.

The second floor is a full-sized kitchen and open living room that you don't usually find on a live-aboard. Espresso machine, sharp knives, new pots and pans, wine glasses, baking dishes, serving plates and utensils. The houseboat even has a BBQ. High-speed internet provided.

Head upstairs to the large rooftop deck, with two seating areas, including a six-seater teak table, it's great for entertaining with views of the city and the Space Needle all year around.

You are steps from a large park and bike/walking trail that winds through the city. A bike is provided. Private parking spot, TV, BBQ, and a great houseboat community. This summer there will be bands performing in the park, outdoor yoga and paddle board parties.

This is a unique property for guests who want to be close to nature and even swim from your bedroom deck. Special care needs to be taken to use soaps (provided) that won't hurt the lake. No hidden fees.
