Guests will have full access to the entire property during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, hot tub, and pond access. The pool is set to a standard temperature, and increasing it beyond that level incurs an additional cost of $40 per day.

Upon booking, we will ask you to fill out our Pre-Arrival Form and review and agree to our rental conditions.

We make it easy to find and book properties you'll never want to leave. You can relax knowing that we are here for you and that your vacation rental will always be nothing less than wonderful!

You'll receive your check-in instructions on the day before of your check-in at 12PM. Please ensure you pick up this information before you head to the property as there is no cell service near the property. We do have good WIFI.

You can begin your delightful retreat in the afternoon, as check-in time is scheduled for 3 pm. When it's time to bid farewell to Oliver's Pond, check-out is at 11 am, ensuring you have a leisurely morning before departure.

The driving directions will be sent out three days before your arrival. These directions will help ensure a smooth and hassle-free journey to the venue. If you have any specific transportation-related questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.

Guests are kindly requested to contact the host or owner for approval prior to inviting any additional guests. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests, and unauthorized guests are not permitted. Furthermore, in order to maintain a peaceful environment, we strictly prohibit parties or large gatherings on the property unless specifically approved by the host.
