Visitors should be comfortable with city living, which may include nearby neighbors, and the general activity of an urban environment. Step into our beautifully restored Victorian duplex, painted a traditional green. This first-floor flat combines historical elegance with modern comfort, accessible via five steps up the spacious wrap-around porch. Upon entry, you are greeted by the dining room, featuring art deco lighting and classic trim that set a sophisticated tone for gatherings. The primary guest responsible for the reservation must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of the hosts on a case-by-case basis.
Local bookings—defined as guests residing in the same city or county as the property—are allowed; however, guests must provide justification for their stay, and approval is at the discretion of the hosts.
Please be aware that guests staying for 30 days or longer are considered legal tenants per the laws of New York State. In some cases, the host may conduct additional screening and/or request the guest to sign a lease.
The host reserves the right to have the guest cancel with Airbnb, with no financial cost or repercussion to the hosts, in the event guests fail to comply.
**HOUSE RULES:**
- The front hall and back hall leading to the upstairs apartment is off limits. It is okay to use the back hall to leave out the side door or access the laundry room in the basement
- No parties allowed
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises
- No smoking
- No pets
- Please respect check-in (3pm) and check-out (11am) times
- Please do not cut on the butcher block countertops; use cutting boards
- Take out the trash/recyclables when full. Side or back of property.
