This Villa offers 4 free parking spots with extra shared parking if needed!

-Host reserves the right to remove guests from the property, without refund and at host discretion, if there are any violations of house rules whatsoever.
-NO SMOKING INSIDE OF UNIT
-Please make sure to not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilets.
-Do not use the wood counter as a cutting board and only clean with provided solution.
-Please ensure to always turn off propane when not in use.
-Fees will be imposed and compensation will be required from guests for any and all damage resulting from the guest's stay. It is important to note that as a guest, you are liable.
-Host is NOT responsible for any personal/physical injury of guest, loss or damage to guest’s personal property, or other loss of any kind not limited to above that may occur during the guest’s stay on entire property.
-Check-in is after 3:00 pm and checkout is before 11:00 am. Unless paid for via guest portal.
-Please make sure to keep the cover on Hot tub and return all furniture back to how it was.
