Vibrant Walkable Aspinwall Home

Take a break and relax at this peaceful oasis. Conveniently located directly next to Vibrant Sunshine Juicery Cafe and across the street from St. Margaret Hospital. Enjoy leisurely walks or bike rides along the scenic Riverwalk Trail, offering stunning views of the Allegheny River. The walkable town of Aspinwall has all the local shops and eateries you could ask for and The Waterworks Shopping Center is only a block away.

The house includes a newly renovated kitchen, with an adjacent dining room and generously sized living room on the first floor. On the second floor you find a full bathroom with a shower and bath. One bedroom on the second floor has a Queen size bed and the other has a Twin XL bed. There is also a lovely front porch/patio that has a roof and a bistro set.

Guests have access to the entire house and one parking space in the rear. There is also on street parking in front of the house that is available except for on Mondays. There is a detached garage on the property, but it is used for storage by the cafe next door, therefore guests will not have access to it during their stay.

Everything in Aspinwall can be accessed on foot, but there is also a bus stop on the corner just a block away.

The house is located directly next to Vibrant Sunshine Juicery Cafe (which we also own and operate). As described above the cafe uses the detached garage for storage and employees may enter the garage from time to time during your stay.
There is not a TV in the house, but you are welcome to bring your own device and stream video on the wifi.
