As anyone in the hospitality business knows, at some point you will encounter a dissatisfied customer. Breezy Blessings has been welcoming guests for the past year, and we are so very thankful for the overwhelmingly positive guest experiences. Unfortunately, upon this guest’s arrival the hot tub was not working. A trusted contractor was able to get out the afternoon we were notified and the issue was resolved by a simple breaker switch. During the same visit, he was told by one of the guests there was no problem with the downstairs fireplace. A post-Christmas/mid-week trash collection was requested, and the outside trash cans were emptied the following morning. Tennessee Pest Solutions preventively treats the property monthly and, up to this point, we have never had a complaint or any signs of pests. The pest company was notified of a mouse seen in the cabin and a service vehicle was viewed (via a parking camera) on the property the same day. Oh, the joys of being in the mountains! We have great confidence in our cleaning team and a year’s worth of positive reviews speaks to their competence. Our team is always willing to provide additional linens upon request, but our team supplies enough for each guest, and this is not a common request. We do ask for guests to message within a few hours upon arrival with noted damages, cleanliness or supply issues. The whole cabin is available to guests except for one locked owner’s closet. We were not made aware of any supply issues or damage by the guests during their stay. Upon arrival of our cleaning team at the end of this guest’s stay, the owner’s closet lock was found tampered with and cut, numerous supplies were missing, and items in the cabin were found broken. Thankfully, this is not a normal occurrence at Breezy Blessings, but we did address these issues and seemingly this made the guest unhappy. We hope this one review does not deter any future guests from booking as it does not accurately reflect the beauty and many blessings encompassed in this amazing cabin! We strive to make our guests’ experience the best we can possibly make it. God Bless!
