Thank you for your review. We are disheartened by your experience as this was the first we heard about these issues. We understand you expected lake access which our property clearly does not say we offer. We recommend to make sure you are booking the property you are expecting as we take pride in making sure our property has all of its amenities properly listed.

We totally understand what you mean with a 5pm checkin time, however we felt as a group an 11am check out time gives larger groups time to eat breakfast and gather their belongings in the morning. The home is almost 3,000 square feet, with a 12 foot hot tub and a 22,000 gallon pool. If this were a 1 bedroom hotel or condo we would understand an earlier check in, but if guest do check out at 11am our cleaning crew needs at least 6 hours to prepare the entire property to our standards. We do offer additional cleaner services and ability to block the night prior if an early check in is required for your group. Also if the night before isn’t booked early check in is never an issue. I hope this helps you understand how larger properties operate on the VRBO platform 🙏🙏🙏

The guest checking out didn’t notify us of this and we did everything we could to get it back normal during your stay. This is why we gave you a refund for your visit.
