Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the bedroom linens did not meet expectations. Our linens are professionally laundered between guest stays, and we’ve shared your concerns with our housekeeping team for review. Had we known about the issue during your stay, we would have been happy to replace the linens to help make your stay more comfortable. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us improve our cleaning processes and overall guest experience. All the best, The Outpost Crew

Hi Cameron, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your travel plans were disrupted due to flight cancellations — we know how disappointing and stressful that can be. Our team did everything we could to help navigate the situation and explore possible options; however, because trip insurance was not purchased, we were unfortunately unable to issue a refund in this case. We always encourage guests to consider travel insurance for unexpected circumstances like this, and we regret that we couldn’t do more to assist. We apologize again for these circumstances and hope to welcome you back to Jackson Hole in the future. All the best, The Outpost Team
