Great location!

We loved the fact that, the beach was within walking distance. Restaurants and stores very convenient. We really appreciated that we could bring our dog with us and , a dog park near by. The cleaning could be a little better. We will definitely book again in the future!

Very clean and wonderful condo!

The condo was very clean and we had no problems at all. Everything was very nice!! We love staying at Marivarlla since we take our fur babies with us on vacation. Everyone here is always so friendly. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

This is a well decorated and clean property in the quiet and well kept Maravilla neighborhood. It is situated between the neighborhood of homes and the beach. I would highly reccommend a stay in this condo.

Nice condo close to the beach

This is a nice condo close to the beach. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely return. We have a small senior dog (Yorkie-poo) and it was nice not to have to climb stairs. The dog walk area provided bags for clean up. The condo is well cared for and I LOVED the fridge and all the ice that it makes!

Adult Spring Break

My husband, myself and our 2 dogs had the best week. We arrived early and the property was available for us to checkin before the actual time, so that was a great start to our week. The condo had everything we needed, it was close to the beach, and both pools. We walked to dinner every night and my only complaint is the ice cream shop should be closer. The weather was perfect and we are already planning out trip back!

Great location for the family

We decided to stay at this property because of its proximity to the beach and the heated pool, and we loved the experience. The building is the closest Maravilla building to the heated pool and the tennis courts, which made it really convenient for our family. And the beach was just a few minutes' walk from our front door. Additionally, because the unit is an end unit on the first floor, taking things to and from the car was really easy. When we arrived, we had a few questions, and the owners were very communicative and quick to respond. We had a great time, and we would definitely look forward to a future opportunity to stay here!

Location and condo size perfect

The location was great and bottom floor a big plus for our dog. The condo was nice and accommodated our family perfectly. I would have given five stars but sleeper sofa needed a new mattress. Thank you Barbara and it was nice to meet you. We didn’t see your contact information to thank you or maybe contact you for next year. Will definitely rent again when we come back.

Thanks for your kind reply. As you know most sleeper sofas are very uncomfortable and therefore we always recommend they be kept for use by small children. We did however purchase a new dense foam cushion mattress for the sleeper sofa as a result of this review.

Best yet!

I’ve been coming to Destin area for 25 years and have stayed everywhere. Over the years i’ve stayed at Maravilla 3 times, this being the latest. This condo is by far my favorite when it comes to one bedroom and pet friendly. The condo is nice and tucked away in Maravilla but yet also so close to everything. The condo was completely stocked with everything needed and not to mention clean. The Wifi, cable and smart TV were also very welcomed for those afternoon thunder storms and you decide to stay in instead of go shopping.

Adorable and Convenient

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay in this corner ground level unit. Nicely decorated with all the amenities; short walk to the beach with dedicated beach umbrellas and pair of beach chairs. This is our second stay at Maravilla and we highly recommend it for it's pet friendly classification (we had so many pet lovers around us) and its proximity to the beach and several restaurants. My only compaint, unfortunately, is that the bed in the master bedroom (queen) was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. Other than that, we loved it!

Nice updated condo

We were given an incorrect gate code (numbers were transposed) which made our arrival very stressful. We were told we MUST display parking permit, which wasn’t included in our Vrbo packet and upon literally stepping out of the car after a 7 hour drive, had a neighbor step out and tell us to get our dog off the grass.

We apologize for the gate code snafu. I also must say I am sorry about the "neighbor" barking orders about your pet. For whatever reason some people think the grass is for looking at and not walking on. This is the exception and not the norm for people at Maravilla. Marvelous in Miramar!

We had such a great weeklong stay at this property, celebrating our “Babymoon.” We usually vacation in Destin at least once/year and usually stay in a condo in the Maravilla Resort, where this property is located. I will make sure to always book this particular unit going forward. Being on the ground floor corner unit with no steps was ideal this time around being 6 months pregnant. Loved being able to walk just a couple minutes to the beach (straight-shot) and park our car right outside the patio door. The interior design was absolutely beautiful and “modern-coastal.” No tacky beach furniture or decor here, which I really appreciated. Also having free beach chair/umbrella service is such a luxury! Would without a doubt book this place over and over again and if it ever comes available to buy, we’ll be ready to make an offer:)

Nice place

Loved the location. However, it was a bit of a walk but not bad. Condo was nice but would agree a new mattress would be great. It was also nice having chairs and umbrella on beach but felt the staff that handled it could have been nicer. They weren't rude to us but I did over hear them being quite stern with others. Example: a couple wanted to let the umbrella down. He told them they couldn't. That made no sense to me. There were always empty chairs upfront but you couldn't get those. Will be back but hope some of these suggestions might help for the future.

Delightful place

Really enjoyed the condo 4101 at Maravilla. Nicely decorated and very clean. Easy check in with no issues. Probably my only suggestion would be to update the frying pan (lots of scratches), the blow dryer had some sticky residue that left your hands feeling like pine pitch. And a coffee maker that didn’t drip when you pull the pot out. Would be less than 50 bucks for all these. There were plenty of towels which was great. The circuit breaker#10 kept popping not sure why but we figured out where the panel was and flipped the switch. The couch was uncomfortable as the sleeper sofa seemed to be sagging. Everything was in working order just a few updates would be nice benefit. Would definitely recommend staying here. The bottom floor was great for our old dog who can’t do stairs. Great location too! Thank you
