Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Heated pool with hot tubs water fall. Near Disney and major Florida parks. Check out many of the great golf courses. Off street parking with multiple table games. 4 bedrooms that sleep 8 comfortably with 2 master bedrooms and one shared bathroom. Grill outside near the privacy pool and gorgeous backyard views. This home is located near Highway 27 with many close shops. We are slowly updating the house as I recently purchased it.

I recently bought this house and working on it constantly trying to perfect it as I would like my vacation. I come to Florida often and I’m trying to think and do what I want in a vacation home as I have a family myself with young children. Please treat my property as you treat yours with respect and responsibility. Only 15 miles away from Disney parks, 25 miles away from universal studio18 miles away from Legoland/Peppa Pig and seaworld. There are multiple stores near by including groceries, shopping plazas and restaurants. There is a heated pool and hot tub. Swim at your own risk and monitor all children under 18. Please avoid hot tubs if you are less than 18 years of age, have a medical condition or pregnant. Please do your own research regarding when to enter hot tubs. Child proof fence for your peace of mind. The pool is private as there are no rear neighbors and both sides are separated by bushes. There are also playpens and a crib in the closets.

I live in upstate New York and have a 2 year old daughter that loves Disney. Myself and my wife are in the medical field. I enjoy golfing and boating as well. I recently bought this house and working on it constantly trying to perfect it as I would like my vacation home. I come to Florida often and I’m trying to think and do what I want in a vacation rental as I have a family myself with young children. I used to rent many vacation homes and wanted to have my own yet rent it out and try to accommodate all what others need.

We looked at many houses for sale and this one stood out as it is close to many parks, golf course and near the major highways as well. I loved the pool, hot tub and outdoor area with privacy which really sold me on the house as many other houses have neighbors that seemed right in your backyard.
