The pool area is incredible. You’ll have access to outdoor and indoor pools, a lazy river, and plenty of space to enjoy the sunny weather.

A gym is located on-site as well for those who enjoy a workout while on vacation.

The fully-equipped kitchen is designed with functionality and style in mind, featuring modern appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. With plenty of counter space and all the essentials, it’s perfect for preparing everything from quick snacks to full family meals.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Also required, $1000 deposit and $400 deposit per pet, if allowed. A background check will be completed as well.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $54. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account – it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

This condo boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, offering ample space for everyone. Each bedroom includes 1 king bed or queen beds (6 in total) and a Smart TV, ensuring comfort and entertainment for all.

Located in the Crescent Shores community of North Myrtle Beach, this oceanfront property puts you steps away from the sand and close to local attractions, dining, and shopping.

Parking

Convenient on-site parking is available, ensuring a hassle-free experience during your stay. We have 3 parking spots available. We have additional parking spaces at our overflow lot which is about a quarter of a mile from the Condo. There is a parking garage - please be mindful of this if you have oversize vehicles.

This oceanfront property is located at the Crescent Shore building. Guests will have elevator access, so no need to worry about stairs during your stay.

We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, and ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED

In order to receive Arrival Instructions, all guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service.**

We will have 2 parking passes for our guests upon arrival.
