**Living Area**
Unwind with comfortable seating for four with direct oceanfront views. Full-sized couch expands sleeping options at night as it unfolds into a queen-sized sofa bed.

***Kitchen & Dining**
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, and a 2-burner stovetop. You`ll find all essential cookware, a Keurig coffee machine, and even children`s dinnerware. The dining table for four offers gorgeous views of the North Myrtle Beach coastline. Enjoy a 43` Smart TV viewable from the living room for comfy entertainment options.

**Bedroom**
Drift off to sleep in one of two luxurious queen-size memory foam beds. Two spacious closets provide ample storage for your belongings. For our youngest guests, we`ve included a selection of children`s books and toys.

**Private Balcony**
This is the perfect spot to start your day with a coffee or unwind in the evening. Cozy seating overlooking the breathtaking ocean and resort pools below.

GETTING AROUND
Two complimentary parking passes are provided for the resort`s secured lot for the duration of your stay. Should you require parking for additional vehicles, nearby public parking is available for a fee, subject to availability.

INTERACTION WITH HOST
We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. While we won`t be on-site, we are always available and just a message or phone call away if you need anything at all during your stay.

**Resort Amenities**
Please note that the on-site restaurant, arcade, and fitness center are reserved for owners and are not accessible to guests.

**Beach Gear**
We do not provide beach chairs and umbrellas, but they are available for seasonal rental directly from the lifeguards on the beach.

**Extended Stays**
This condo is perfect for both short getaways and extended vacations. Discounts are available for weekly or monthly bookings—please inquire for details.

** Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

** Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

We provide starter essentials only and all replacement items will be the guests responsibility. Towels and linens are not replaced by the host during their stay, but can be refreshed at the (in-building laundry area)

POTENTIAL OFF-SEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the off-season (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Off-season rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
