We Are Pet-Friendly!
We love hosting four-legged travelers! To keep our home fresh and beautiful for everyone, we do have a few house rules for our furry guests:
- Pet Fee: There is a standard $200 pet fee per stay to cover the deep cleaning required after check-out.
- Guest Responsibility: While we welcome your pets, guests remain fully responsible for any damage or extra cleaning required. This includes issues like pet accidents, furniture scratches, excessive hair, or drool on fabrics.
Thank you for helping us keep our space clean and safe for all future guests!

Pool Heating:
Pool heating is anticipated to be available starting March 2025. For an additional $40 per night, we can have the pool heated for your stay. Please note:
- Pool heating must be selected for the entire duration of your visit; partial heating is not available.
- The heater can raise the water temperature to approximately 20°F above ambient temperatures but will automatically shut off if outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F.
- Please review the weather forecast and let us know at least 24 hours before arrival if you’d like the pool heated, so we can ensure it’s ready for your stay.
- We charge a separate fee for pool heating to keep our nightly rate as low as possible, giving you the option to choose this additional service.

Towels Provided:
We supply bath towels and pool towels for your convenience. Please do not bring bath towels for use at the shoreline.

Golf Carts:
