Brimming with character and coastal charm, this historic home offers stunning views of the water as well as a prime location for a short walk to The Gut and Osiers Wharf - perfect for picking up some fresh local seafood. 

Inside, you'll find a warm and welcoming atmosphere with modern comforts, including a cozy gas fireplace in the living room and an electric fireplace in the primary bedroom. High-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and a dedicated workspace for two allows you to sneak in a little productivity - if you must- while still enjoying your serene surroundings. 

The original 1845 staircase leads to three upstairs bedrooms, offering comfortable accommodations for up to five guests. Please note that the steep stairs may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. 

With one full bath and a pet-friendly policy, this coastal retreat is ideal for families or couples seeking a relaxing authentic Maine getaway. 

Need extra room? For an additional $900 a week (peak season) and a $75 cleaning fee, you can rent out the guest barn that sleeps 4! This charming guest house features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy main living area with twin beds, and a private bedroom with a double bed. The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and there's the added convenience of a washer and dryer.
