The entire home is booked as one property, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. Our minimum age requirement is 25.

-Both sides of the duplex are included in the nightly rate. You will have both sides with access to each side through an interior door.

Family-Friendly: With a spacious layout and kid-friendly amenities, this home is ideal for travelers with little ones.

Pet Fees:
We allow dogs up to 80 pounds and a maximum of 2 for a fee of $20 per night per dog. We do not allow cats or any other animals in the apartment.
