Guest Access:
Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours prior to arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. In case of any technical issues, a physical key will be available on-site as a backup.

While we love pets, we do not typically allow them. If pets are permitted, a pet deposit will be required and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

This is a mid-term rental with stays of 30+ days. We will conduct a monthly visit to change air filters, and guests can request additional services for an extra fee.

The preferred check-in date is the first of each month.

Parties are not allowed on the property.

Guests must be 25 years or older to book.

COFC students are not eligible to book.
