Once you reach the seawall, you will see the famous Pleasure Pier, which is less than a mile away. The historic Strand is a little under 2.5 miles in the opposite direction of the seawall. This will bring you near the cruise terminal, which is about 3 miles from the house. Schlitterban & Moody Gardens are less than 4 miles away.
