Dieses ruhige, im obersten Stockwerk, 1-Zimmer-Wohnung hat einen Blick auf Park City Mountain Resort. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett und viel Stauraum ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über neue Möbel mit einem Schlafsofa, einem bequemen Stuhl, ein Schrank und Fernseher. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Shampoo / Conditioner und Haartrockner sind vorhanden. Wir bieten auch Kaffee (regelmäßige und koffeinfrei) und Instant heiße Schokolade.

Zu den Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein ganzjährig beheizten Pool mit angrenzender Innen-Whirlpool, Freifläche und eine Tiefgarage, Münze Wäscherei, Verkaufsautomaten und einem Aufzug. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über kostenloses WLAN, Comcast, einen 42-Zoll-Smart-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer, einen zweiten Fernseher im Schlafzimmer, Klimaanlage, Kamin und eine Badewanne mit Dusche.

Nur wenige Gehminuten von der Carriage House sind viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft.

Park City verfügt über einen kostenlosen Bus-System mit 3 verschiedenen Linien direkt vor dem Carriage House-Komplex, und die Busse fahren von morgens bis abends. Busse fahren drei Weltklasse-Skigebiete (Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley und The Canyons), historischen Main Street und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Park City und Kimball Junction.

The Carriage House ist nur über die Straße von der historischen Union Pacific Rail Trail. Diesem 28 Meile Rail Trail bietet Freizeitmöglichkeiten für Wanderer, Biker und x Läufer. Es ist auch nur eine 1+ Meile zu Fuß zum historischen Main Street.

Mit Hilfe eines Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen Salt Lake City nach Park City, zusammen mit dem kostenlosen Bus-System, macht ein Mietwagen nicht notwendig. Mitte der Woche Reinigungsservice ist ebenfalls verfügbar. Zusätzliche Gebühren werden für diese Zusatzleistungen beantragen.

Very clean, comfortable and convenient. The place was well stocked with coffee, spices, etc. Easy drive to downtown Park City (we didn't try the free trolly), and right across the street is a great walking/biking trail that goes for miles. There were several amenities nearby, but frankly we spent a LOT of time in the downtown area. We would gladly stay there again.

Probably one of the cleanest VRBO's we've stayed at. :)

Julie was great, super accommodating, and for real, one of the cleanest VRBO's we've stayed at! They have one of the best units in the building. It's older so you can still hear people, but being on the top floor is a definite plus. Private view and patio. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Julie!

It had all the necessary things we needed, very clean with extra towels. The only thing is we ran out of was tissue for the bathroom and instead of complaining, we just went out and bought our own. I wish I had known of the downtown part of Park City we found out our last day. Very cute town! The building itself was nice, and the condo fit our needs, everything seemed to be updated with a comfortable bed and fluffy warm bedspread.

Great Location

Very nice condo with a great location in Prospector square. Clean, comfortable, with nice amenities. I would definitely stay there again.

Skiing has been a part of our lives since we were children; in fact, we first met on the slopes at a little ski resort in Frontenac, Minnesota. Since those early years we have continued to enjoy the sport with our now grown children and other family members. After skiing out West for many years, we have decided to make Park City the location of our vacation home. We have come to enjoy the summers in Park City as much as the winters with miles of bike trails, golf courses, tennis courts, etc. Park City has such quick airport access, and some of the best skiing in the world.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

It took us over two years to find the ideal condo for our vacation home. We were impressed with the quality and affordability of the Carriage House. We also enjoy the quiet, 4th floor setting with a view of Park City Mountain Resort. The location is fantastic as everything is within walking distance: The Rail Trail, grocery stores, restaurants, sports shops, and so much more. The bus stops are just steps away. In the winter we can just put on our boots, jump on the bus, and be at a world-class ski resort in minutes. In the summer we have access to numerous bike trails by riding across the street to get onto the Rail Trail.
