This is our 2nd time renting this place. We enjoy the location, pricing is good. The unit is clean and homey! Dog-friendly too! Owner has been great to communicate with. Will consider again if we intend to head that way in the future!

I was absolutely satisfied with the apartment, exactly what you see in the pics. Had everything you could think of you needed there, if you happened to forget anything. Great stay!! I will be back if I visit again.

This was the best VRBO location I've stayed at since beginning with VRBO. Very clean, new furniture, great layout, comfortable atmosphere, felt like home, perfect size and location, host was very accommodating and provided great information about the area and apartment.

am very disappointed in the cleanliness of this place. Our first impression was the exterior, the windows were very dirty and covered with spider webs. Everything had a layer of dust. The glasses had lip prints on them, so I washed all of the drinking glasses. Then the silverware was dirty and I washed all of them. The shower was maybe just wiped down, you can tell the difference between that and being scoured. Shower curtain was filthy and yellow slimy on the bottom. The bed linen I hoped would have been better quality, it looked and felt very cheap. Taking the garbage out as instructed there was garbage left from whom ever stayed before. The flies and smell was awful.

Laura, I am sorry I could not accommodate you better. This business makes it difficult to make everyone happy; sometimes certain places are not for everyone. I take pride in how my properties show, and I was cleaning when you arrived and tried to access the apartment HOURS early. I did my best to accommodate you, but it does not seem like you appreciated the early access at no cost... As for fabrics not to your liking, it is what it is, I pick materials keeping in mind skin sensitivity and allergies, along with cleaning supplies to manage cleanliness but also sensitivities. I am not familiar with any cob webs or uncleanliness. Unless I take a trip, I am in the apartment between every guest to make sure things are clean and ready for the next. The shower curtain is white and does get washed. The public water is very hard, the curtain does get orange at the bottom after so long, but the shower stall is scrubbed between every guest and was clean upon your arrival. I do not believe the majority of this information is true... Additionally, I ask everyone to message me when they arrive and if things are satisfactory. You did not communicate any concerns. I find this review unfounded, and I wish you well in booking alternative accommodations for future travels.

Clean, cute, and cozy

Great place. Close to Watkins Glen for hiking and the Corning Museum of glass. Clean and owner very responsive. Highly recommend.

If you want quality, convenience, quiet, and a great place to stay, this is it. I stayed here with my puppy for a week while visiting family in July. I loved the apartment! Abby, my host, was very easy to talk to. I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay.

The apartment worked well for me. There is parking for one vehicle, and that fitted my full size pickup truck without any issues. Check in was easy, and there were no issues with my stay.

Inviting and welcoming space! If you're familiar with the square, this is two doors outside of it. So much in walking distance, a perfect location! Perfectly clean! Nicely decorated and a lot of attention to details. Bed for me was perfect, I like a firmer bed. Special attention given for mans besr friend as well! Our host, just amazing!! Above and beyond!! Hubby and I do not like kurig coffee. Our host went out of her way to provide a regular coffee pot, she said, you shouldn't have to bring anything more, and even provided coffee filters! I think every message I sent was answered immediately! If we ever find ourselves anywhere in upstate NY again, I'll be looking to see if this is available first!Abby, thank you again for everything!
