Thank you for your feedback and for your kind words about our communication during your family emergency — we truly try to be as supportive and flexible as possible. For clarity, our check-in time is clearly listed in the booking details. On this occasion, the home was entered more than an hour prior to the approved check-in time and without confirmation that it was ready. Our cleaning team was still completing the scheduled turnover at that time. By the official check-in time, the home was ready; however, we regret that you noticed spots on the mirrors and would have addressed that immediately had we been notified during your stay. Regarding the goat heads, these are seasonal desert weeds that can appear despite regular yard maintenance. We provide artificial turf areas specifically for pets and recommend supervision outdoors, particularly during certain times of year. We’re glad the overall stay met your needs and appreciate the feedback as we continue working to provide a great experience for future guests.

Hi Jessica.Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it. But some lack of utensils and your fear that your dog would escape or jumpover the fence doesn’t justify an 8/10 review. Especially when I did you a huge favor and let you check in 4 hours early for free. That is a half day charge. And you also conveniently left out this detail from the review. I have had plenty of guest with pets and nobody till today has ever been worried that they would run out of the side gate or jump over the fence not a single guess.Also you already texted me the feedback about the kitchen utensils which I truly appreciated so I don’t understand why you had to add that in the review here.
