About parking, one parking is included. You can park one vehicle in our lot. Additional cars are not permitted. The unit is on the second floor and accessible by a staircase with approximately 18 steps.



The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:

Getting around Leslieville is easy, especially with all there is to see walking along Queen Street East. The area is well served by the public transit system, which operates bus or streetcar routes on Carlaw, Jones, Greenwood, Coxwell, and Eastern Avenues, as well as Queen and Gerrard Streets, and can get you downtown in a few minutes.



Most of these bus routes connect to stations on the Bloor-Danforth subway line. Drivers will find the area very accessible with Lake Shore Boulevard, the Gardiner Expressway, and the Don Valley Parkway only a few minutes away.

• Please note that the property’s central A/C is currently unavailable. A working portable A/C unit is provided in the king bedroom, while fans are available in each of the two middle bedrooms.



•As this property is located in a vibrant area, some street noise and sounds from neighboring units may occasionally be heard.



• You may also experience a slight drop in water pressure during peak usage times (when multiple units are using water simultaneously)

House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
