The property is on the North Side just past the Leisure Centre and with view of the sea and Beaconsfield Gardens right on the doorstep. Easy walking distance into town for cafes, restaurants, shops, leisure facilities and the historic harbour which are all just minutes away. The Spa theatre on the South Side is approx. 10 minute walk. The land train to visit Sewerby Hall and Gardens, Model Village and Sewerby village is within a 2 minute walk or all can be accessed by a very pleasant cliff top walk. Parking is on-street and we provide a free permit. There is no gas to the property and electricity is via meter taking £1 coins. Please note that towels are not provided and you will need to bring your own. A shower mat and tea towels are provided for your convenience.
