The Property *Now Dog Friendly! Dogs are allowed on the Glenn Shores Beach, but please keep them leashed.

GENERAL: Linens/towels, free WiFi, trash bags, paper towels, central heating & A/C

PARKING: Driveway and parking pad for up to 6 vehicles



House Rules and Policies

- Maximum Occupancy is 12 people

- No smoking

- Pets allowed for an extra charge

- No events, parties, or large gatherings

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Additional fees and taxes may apply

- NOTE: There is an external camera located at the front door and a decibel monitoring sensor located outside the home.



PAYMENT TERMS:

25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date

The Space:

Stairs provide direct access to the beach on Lake Michigan. Those with mobility issues may drive down to the Glenn Shores neighborhood beach access point as an alternative to using the stairs. It is a 0.4 mile walk to the neighborhood beach access (7 minute walk) from the front door to the sand. There is a parking lot at this access point and a paved path with a decline to the sand.
