Romantischer Bungalow, 250 m vom Pelican Beach entfernt, am ruhigen östlichen Ende der wunderschönen Grace Bay. Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem großzügigen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einem eigenen Duschbad. Heller offener Wohn- / Essbereich mit Sofa, das sich in ein Queensize-Bett verwandeln lässt, ideal für ein zweites Paar oder ein älteres Kind. Chicco Playyard für Kleinkinder auf Anfrage erhältlich. Die Küche enthält ein Doppelwaschbecken, einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach aus Edelstahl, einen Gasherd, eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Mikrowelle. Toplader-Waschmaschine / Frontlader-Trockner der Marke Frigidaire für Wäsche im Schrank neben dem Wohnbereich. Es gibt eine nach Westen ausgerichtete, vollständig abgeschirmte Veranda, die sich perfekt zum Auffangen von Sonnenuntergängen und zur Vermeidung von Insekten eignet, und ein externes Sonnendeck mit Gasgrill.

Cute Cottage

Cute cottage house. Had everything we needed. Location was great and near to the beaches. Beautiful neighborhood. We walked around the neighborhood every morning and down to the beach at sunset. Bed was comfortable. Loved the screened in porch. We sat out there for every meal. We really enjoyed the place. It was a very relaxing vacation for us. Would definitely stay again.

Winter Getaway

My sister and I loved this place. It was exactly as described. We spent our days exploring Provo and a day on Middle Caicos. We snorkeled several times and took an ocean kayak in the mangroves to name a few things and came back to this pleasant quiet house. Great location. We had a wonderful week!

Everything we needed

Bed was very comfy. A/C was more than ample. Great screened in porch area. Easy walk to the beach. Easy drive to the ferry and into town. Quiet neighborhood. Though we did see fireworks out the window one night! We found all the kitchen staples we needed and it was great to have a few bottles of water in the fridge to start. We never did find any plastic wrap or foil. Some things were dated. We did think the TV is small and at loudest, hard for my wife to hear. The coffee maker also isn't the best. The shower pressure is low, but there is plenty of hot water and we got used to it quickly. Washer/dryer was terrific. We hope we can come back soon.

Beautiful property!

A lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, this property is a gem! The owners were very attentive and responsive. The home was near enough the more commercial Grace Bay area to allow for easy access, yet far enough away to escape the crowds. Perfect for us!

Perfection

This property has everything you need, and is perfect for a couple or small family. High vaulted ceilings and open plan living area make it feel much bigger than it looks in the photos. You cannot beat the location, beautiful and safe area on the island and just a 4 minute walk to the beach. Providenciales is just paradise, and we had the most perfect stay here. This house was the perfect base and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
