Enough room for the entire family! Recently renovated single family home that features 2 master suites, a large living and dining room. Kitchen is fully stocked and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Enjoy morning coffee or afternoon grilling on the covered back patio. There is high speed internet available, that can be accessed from all points of the home. Each bedroom features a smart TV, wireless charging for your phone and an alarm clock. All bed and bath linens are provided. Home is conveniently located just minutes from lake Guntersville, City Harbor and downtown. Circle paved drive with a single car garage. Home is also handicap accessible with a ramp leading from the front of the home to the covered back patio. Motion lights recently installed on all 4 corners of the home.

Fantastic place to stay.

Super clean, super quiet and PLENTY of TVs. Host could not have been any nicer. Health permitting our group of 6 - with youngest being 76 really did appreciate the low step in showers and outside ramp.

The property was very clean, but the furniture was very uncomfortable. The grill didn’t work. The TVs in the secondary bedrooms wouldn’t select what we wanted to watch and the road noise was pretty bad.

I’m sorry you didn’t have the best experience. We’ve always gotten compliments on the beds but the living room furniture needed to be upgraded, which I did. A new couch and love seat will be here by the end of the week. Unfortunately, there’s not much I can do about the road noise. It’s a busy highway and the highway is currently being resurfaced so there was more noise than usual. If you do wish to come back and stay, I’ll gladly offer you a discount. Thanks for choosing The Cosway in Scottsboro!

Nothing but positive things to say. Property was clean and very comfortable. We had a mixup outside the property manager’s control and she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Thanks for all you did for us!

Awesome & perfect for our fishing trip

We had a great time. The house was as described and we appreciated the space. We had issues with hot water, dish washer leaking and the pump going out on the washing machine. We had a handy crew so we addressed a few of these and the property manager was helpful, fun and kind but we still had challenges.
