The first floor has two queen-sized bedrooms, while upstairs, there are two twin beds. Plenty of room for family and friends.

Step outside from the eat-in kitchen onto a private patio, fenced-in yard—perfect for grilling, outdoor gatherings or just soaking up the sun. After a day exploring nearby places like Smugglers, Seagull or Mayflower beach, enjoy the outdoor shower. Then head out to catch the sunset!

You can also plan ahead for September and October known as locals summer. The beaches are free and less crowded perfect time to really enjoy some peace. The Seaside Festival is Columbus Day weekend, located a mile down the street. If you plan further ahead to December there is a cookie stroll and all kind of winter activities planned in Yarmouth. The Yarmouth Cookie Stroll is scheduled for Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, according to the South Yarmouth Village Association. It will be the 20th annual event.

Cape Cod Visit

Great location to explore the Cape! Ventured locally and loved the charm, enjoyed the National Park beaches, cherished a day trip to Nantucket, and running down the dunes in Provincetown. The home is comfortable and clean! The owners are exceptional communicators. Consider this home for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Cape Cod home. The house itself was beautiful, and the location couldn't have been better. What truly stood out was the outstanding communication from the owners. They were incredibly responsive to our inquiries and concerns, and their thoughtful recommendations for local spots significantly enhanced our trip. It's clear they put a lot of care into their property. We'd highly recommend this rental to anyone planning a Cape Cod getaway.

Our stay at Shore to Please was excellent and enjoyable. The house is bright and cheery. The furnishings are comfortable and well thought out. There were more than enough televisions with streaming access to accommodate varying TV tastes and the house WiFi worked well. The individual room air conditioners worked well, even through the unseasonably hot weather during our stay. Although we did not utilize it, we noted that there was a propane grill in the fenced yard. Our host was prompt in answering questions before and during our stay which is always a plus. All in all a very relaxing and pleasant stay.

Our family has been coming to the Cape for many years staying in hotels generally in the Yarmouth area. We finally had an opportunity to purchase this home which has been completely renovated and is centrally located to all things Cape Cod.

We love how the home has deeded rights to Long Pond. A fresh water pond/beach that is a one minute walk down the road. Perfect for swimming or fishing. It also has a small children's playground and basketball court. Not to mention the proximity to many beaches. Closest is Smugglers Beach which is about 2 to3 miles away. Restaurants, golf courses, water park, Margaritaville, Provincetown, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket - all within reach. It's a perfect spot.

From the street, our home may look like a classic Cape style home, but step inside and you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the amount of space it offers. Each bedroom is thoughtfully placed for privacy, giving everyone their own area to relax and recharge. The bright, eat-in kitchen is ideal for casual meals, and the oversized living room is perfect for gathering after a day of exploring.

Outside, unwind in the fully fenced yard—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, evening cocktails, or a meal on the patio. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the private outdoor shower—a vacation essential.

While we are not pet-friendly, our location puts you right in the heart of the action. Beaches, restaurants, nightlife, golf courses, fishing spots, and even a water park are all just a short drive away. Whether you're planning a family vacation or a relaxing getaway, this home offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and convenience.
