• Beach Access: Beach is located just a 2-minute drive from the beach (approximately a 10-minute walk). While the beach is walkable, we recommend driving or using a rideshare, as the route includes active traffic and walking may pose a safety concern, especially with children or at night. Parking near the beach is easily available, making access quick and stress-free.

• Capacity: The property comfortably accommodates 16 guests in standard beds. We can host up to 20 guests with the use of air mattresses, available for an additional fee. Please inquire before booking.
