4 Spacious Bedrooms: 1 King bed and 3 Queen beds (One is in the playroom upstairs, with an extra sofa for the kids :), all with super comfortable mattresses and luxurious linens.
2.5 Bathrooms: 2 walk-in showers and plenty of space for everyone. The half bath is located close to the pool area. The pool can be heated per request with an additional fee - only for winter months

We are a group of seven women who have been taking an annual girls trip for past 10 years. This year marks the 10th anniversary, and we were hoping for a memorable and special stay. Unfortunately this was a major disappointment. The listing was deceiving. It advertised 4 bedrooms and a heated pool, but in reality there are only 3 bedrooms and the pool is not heated unless you request it in advance - which was not clearly stated.Before our arrival, we received a long list of restrictions and “dos and don’ts”that made us feel like we were entering a high-end luxury rental. However, the property did not live up to that image at all.The hygiene was very poor - honestly we’d rate it 3 out of 10. The air filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in years. The rugs, dining chairs and other soft surfaces were dirty, stained and worn down. Also, no sheets were provided for the sofa beds, just 2 pillows and a blanket The overall cleanliness of the house left a lot to be desired and made us uncomfortable during our stay.

Best sleepover ever!

I booked this property so that my daughter and her 3 best friends could have a private pool for her sleepover. It did not disappoint and the girls all had the best time ever. Beautiful home, great amenities, and wonderful hosts.

The Johnson’s and Hollstrom’s Summer 2025 exploration of Greenville/Simpsonville

We truly enjoyed our stay at your VRBO home. The hosts was quick to respond, provide and accommodate anything we needed. This is a beautiful, extremely clean and quality home packed with plenty for families to enjoy!It has all the utensils and cookware for cooking and eating, as well as a Keurig single cup machine with a great coffee selection.All the appliances are extremely clean, newer and in great condition. There was plenty of extra kitchen supplies, fans, pillows and blankets if needed for comfort and use.We all really enjoyed the relaxing backyard pool area and our kids really had fun with all the pool toys. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room and we all enjoyed the extra space it offered for us to spread out. This house is spread out enough that the 6 of us weren’t on top of one another, which is awesome!The home is in great proximity to shopping and dining options, very easy to find.Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your little oasis gem in Simpsonville!

We were in town for a family wedding. The house was clean, fresh, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this house.

Sensational Home in Simpsonville

There were 7 ladies up in Greenville for a Women's Conference--first time we did a booking for a vacation home. It was wonderful. The house was large and well decorated--the beds were comfortable. The house was beautiful. We loved our stay. We did not take advantage of the backyard's grill/pizza oven or pool as it was very cold in Feb. and not enough time, but we loved looking at the beauty of the backyard. Everything about this experience was great. Highly recommend renting this property. Communication with the property manager was prompt and very helpful. Thank you for making our weekend getaway for the conference exceptional.

Extremely Beautiful Property

The pictures don’t do this place justice—it’s absolutely stunning! The recent renovations make it even more impressive, and it has everything you could possibly need and more. I hosted my 34th birthday party here, and the house was spacious enough to accommodate all my guests comfortably. Everyone was impressed with the high-quality furnishings and decor.The cleanliness was exceptional, down to the baseboards! However, the pool was a disappointment—it was dirty and filled with worms and slugs, so we weren’t able to use it, which was frustrating since I had paid extra to have it heated.On the bright side, the wraparound porch was a perfect gathering spot, and we especially enjoyed the swing! While we didn’t use the grill or pizza oven, the outdoor setup was absolutely beautiful.One thing I wasn’t a fan of was the number of visible cameras around the property. I don’t recall seeing that mentioned in the booking details, and I believe guests should be informed beforehand. While I completely understand the need to protect such a lovely home, it did make me feel a bit uncomfortable, as if we were being watched.Additionally, the steps leading to the back are gorgeous but extremely slippery. I’d recommend adding a slip-resistant rug or mat to help prevent falls.Overall, this place is a 10/10, and I would highly recommend it!
