What We Offer:

Spacious Accommodations: Three bedrooms with TVs in each room and the living area. Plus, a futon in the private office space with barn doors. This apartment is in the second floor of a multi-family house. The building has a total of 3 apartments.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The apartment is very well stocked with everything you need. The hostess, Esmeralda was very available to answer questions and assist with anything we needed and the yard with play structures was an amazing feature as we had our 1 1/2 and 4 1/2 year old grandchildren with us. The location to Boston and other Northern Boston suburbs was great. Definitely a top rated vacation rental!

Great place to stay! They had everything we could need, and the home accommodated our large family of seven perfectly. We didn’t get a chance to use the yard because we happened to be staying during a storm, but it looked very nice. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, shopping, and major highways. Communication was also great. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was the perfect location and amenities for our east coast vacation. Loved that everyone had their own room and television, the laundry access and accommodation, everything we needed in the kitchen and large space for everyone to watch a movie together.

This is a quaint and clean apartment that we really enjoyed our stay in. We had 4 adults on the trip and the space was great for us. One bathroom was a little tricky but we appreciated that all the bedrooms had mirrors, etc which helped with getting ready. We were able to walk to the train for public transportation. It has a very nice kitchen and dining area. If you are bringing children, there is a nice playground in the backyard (bonus!). We found everything to be clean and comfortable. One warning would be that it is very close to the train tracks and one of the bedrooms gets a lot of train noise (the other two were fine). The host was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs when our flights were delayed. Excellent place!

Absolutely We had a great stay! The beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated all of the extra amenities that made our stay feel more convenient and welcoming. Our host was also incredibly helpful and responsive. When the ice machine wasn’t making ice, they actually DoorDashed us a bag of ice, which was such a thoughtful touch. We also had a fuse blow during our stay, and the host helped us get it taken care of very quickly.The only downside was the parking situation. The designated parking spot could be a little difficult to get out of when there were other cars parked along the street.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how attentive and accommodating our host was. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Great spot and lots of little things (coffee, creamers, spices, etc) that were really nice. Beds are very comfortable and we felt at home.Neighbors downstairs have a very barky dog - but that isn’t the VRBO owners fault. Great stay - clean, well-stocked home.

We were in town for my daughter’s graduation. The house was perfect for my family of four and were able to host another family for dinner as well. Kitchen is stocked very well, nice full sets of dishes, flatware, appliances. Everything in good condition. Comfy beds, soft sheets, very responsive helpful host. Thanks!!

It was wonderful! A little piece of luxury in an ordinary neighborhood. Clean. Cozy. AC in every room, TV in every room, comfortable beds and pillows, so many accommodations in the kitchen and even a little extra toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom. On top of that Esmeralda was clear, consistent and friendly in her communication! I would book this place again!

Very well supplied home! The host has clearly put a lot of time and attention into making a comfortable place for guests. We found it much easier to drive to the T station and park to go into the city for sight-seeing but we really enjoyed this as a home base.
