The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

You will be provided with all check-in details prior to your arrival:

Timeline:

48 Hours before arrival: Apartment address, parking and wifi info will be shared.

Day of your arrival: For security purposes, your access code will be shared 30 minutes before your check-in. Your code will not be active until 4pm (unless otherwise discussed).

The building code may be different from the apartment code.

If your preferred dates are taken, or you are traveling in a larger group, you'll be happy to know that we offer extra accommodation within the area. Feel free to browse our profile for a detailed list.

★ EXTRA GUEST ★
The nightly rate accommodates up to 6 guests, while our unit can comfortably sleep up to 9. Any guest beyond 6 are considered extra guests and a fee of $30 per guest per night will apply.

★ PARKING ★
For your convenience, this unit comes with 3 parking spots. These reserved space is intended to enhance your overall experience with us, ensuring hassle-free and convenient parking during your Sojourney.

★ IMPORTANT NOTE ★
Please note that this unit is in a residential area, it's quite normal to hear occasional sounds from neighbors, although it's typically a quiet environment. We recommend taking this into consideration prior to finalizing your booking.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ($500 FINE) ★

★ ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT ★
Please, we want to ensure the guest checking in after you will enjoy the place just as you have. There will be a fine of $1,000 if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our unit as this can ruin our future guests' experience. This fine cover additional professional cleaning, labor, and any other maintenance costs.

★ NO RECEIVING OF MAIL ★

Please note that mail delivery services are unavailable. Kindly refrain from leaving personal items in the building hallway, as we cannot assume responsibility for them.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
