Step inside to the first floor living area that leads to the covered patio with seating, ping pong & pool table combo, grill, fire pit, pool and spa. This is where memories are made, with views out to the ocean and direct access to the beach. The pool is heated so you can swim no matter the weather. Once evening sets in, set up the 4k projector and enjoy a movie on the white wall right next to the pool. There is also a bathroom with a shower with it's own access from patio.



Upstairs you'll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept living area with large windows that frame stunning views of the ocean.
