Lage, Lage, Lage! Zu Fuß zur Bucht, Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang und gute Restaurants.

Entspannen Sie sich in meinem hellen, luftigen Haus mit seinem privaten, sonnigen, halb Hektar großen Garten und großem Swimmingpool. Ausgestattet mit einem Weber Gasgrill und allem, was man in der Küche braucht. Genießen Sie den Sonnenuntergang BBQs auf der hinteren Terrasse und sonniges Frühstück auf der Veranda. Für kühle Abende, gemütlich neben dem Kamin. Die neue Außendusche ist Glückseligkeit.

Perfekt für Freunde oder Paare, gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Doppelbetten. 1 Badezimmer sowie die erstaunliche Außendusche. Der Wintergarten hat einen 65-Zoll-Fernseher, um auf Ihrem Netflix-Konto nachzufragen.

Gut ausgebildete Hunde sind willkommen. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und sicher zum herumlaufen.

Das Haus verfügt über 2 Fahrräder zum Maidstone Park Beach oder zum Abendessen in der Bay Kitchen Bar, East Hampton Point oder Michael's. Das Harbour Bistro ist zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso wie die wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang in der Gardiner's Bay am Ende der Straße. East Hampton Village und Ozean Strände sind nur 10 Autominuten entfernt.

Das Haus ist komplett mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern ausgestattet.

Weekend getaway

Julia has a lovely home. Our dog enjoyed running in the yard and we enjoyed lounging by the pool. The area is nice and secluded. Julia is also reachable via VRBO.

wonderful in every way!

julia's home is adorable and the backyard is amazing and HUGE! it was so relaxing to sit by the pool and listen and watch the birds. her home has everything you need and she was very responsive during our entire stay.

Lovely property.

I rented this house for our family vacation. It is lovely. The property is clean, quiet and very private. The big backyard and swimming pool keep my kids entertained while we are not at beach. The owner is great. She always respond my questions promptly. I'll rent it again and will recommend this property to friends .

Private Retreat

Wonderful garden and location, easily improvable cottage

The garden and pool are outstanding, the location as well, quiet, beautiful, just a few steps from the water.... Bathroom is new and air-conditioning excellent but the rest of the house was quite a disappointment. The basics are there, but the details not, and that was what made the rating a 3 stars only. Quite a few very shabby carpets, very worn-out china, useless dishwasher, tones of decorations (nothing bad in principle, but not what one would aim for during COVID-19 time...). The fridge was full of perishable food when we check in and the waste bin full of waste.... Again, a question of details and of preparing the house for visitors in and out during the Summer. Less would be more, in my opinion.

Loved the property and the pool! Great location.

By the end of our stay we didn't want to leave! I'll share my observations - please read to the end because we had a great time and especially enjoyed the property and pool. We did have to adjust to some of the quirks of the house but once acclimated we had a great time. We arrived on a very hot, sticky day. Julia had opened the windows and turned the (cute but little) fans on, and the house was uncomfortably warm. There is 1 air conditioner for the house, which after we had on for a few hours with bedroom doors open, did cool the house down, but we wished there were a/c's in the bedrooms and larger fans around, and/or next time I'd suggest she put the ac on before guests arrive. The house/cottage is a little dated and can use some upgrading, but it is 1 of the more affordable properties in the area. Water pressure is low - a bit better for the outdoor shower. We mostly showered at a friend's place. I really like Julia and want people to rent her home - just want to make sure people go in knowing what to expect. The decor is casual... we had what we needed for our vacation. There were plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, etc. Now the big positives: Our favorite part of this rental was the lovely patio, yard and private swimming pool. We started and ended each day with a swim between heading to the beach. Our dog was happy puttering around in the fully fenced in yard and we are always grateful to a host who welcomes this most important member of our family. We enjoyed bbq-ing (big deal for city apartment dwellers!) and dining outside, swinging in the hammock.The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and spices. We were careful to keep the house clean and followed all instructions left for us. Overall we had a great week and are glad VRBO and hosts like Julia make it possible for us to enjoy a little bit of Hamptons life. Thank you Julia for letting us rent your home!

Great place for family and dogs

We had a great time at our stay. The yard is absolutely perfect for relaxing and for our dogs. We had never stayed in this part of East Hampton before but were pleasantly surprised. House is walking distance to a couple of different places and to the bay which his great for paddle boarding. We brought our bikes and rode through some great neighborhoods. The house had everything we needed so made for a great weekend.

unfortunately this cottage, which has potential, needs a complete gutting. The smell from the animals is unbearable, there is only 1 small noisy AC unit in the dinette area and trying to sleep in the bedrooms with no AC in humid weather reminded me of life in the 1950's. The pool is NOT heated and water was freezing. We unfortunately left for a hotel before the end of our rental. One positive the owner is polite.

I’m sorry you found your stay uncomfortable and my house not to your liking. The pool is 80-83 degrees and has been since the end of June since the weather has been so hot. It is in full sun all day. While the AC is not the quietest, it’s very powerful and does actually cool the house and bedrooms. The vaulted ceiling in the master does make that room harder to cool to the same temperature as the living room. Other guests who have stayed during heat waves hotter than when you were there find it to be fine. The house is cleaned thoroughly before each guest arrives. This is the first comment I’ve heard about pet odor. I arrived the day after you left and did not notice it. I’ll invest in an air purifier. Thank you for your insights.

Gorgeous , cozy , clean

The house was perfect for a weekend get away fir my husband and I from the city. Everything was clean , easy and Julia was more than accommodating and available if we had any questions . The best part is the yard and pool . Bed super comfy as well. Outdoor shower awesome!! Great location !
