While we strive for perfection, we have re-inspected the headboards and fixtures to ensure our high standards continue to be met. • Lighting & Utilities: We have tested the light fixtures and the driveway lighting; all bulbs are currently in working order. Regarding the water pressure, our maintenance team checked the shower diverter and found the pressure to be performing at standard levels. • Pest Control: The cabin is on a strict, professional pest control schedule. Being in a wooded environment, we remain vigilant, and we have followed up with our provider to ensure the perimeter remains secure. • Accessibility & Entry: We understand that the 36-step entrance and the mountain roads can be a surprise if you are expecting level ground. We do our best to highlight the rugged, authentic mountain terrain in our listing photos. Additionally, we tested the front door lock and found it to be fully functional and secure. We regularly host guests with SUVs and trucks without issue. Stairs & Layout: The staircase and layout, including the spiral staircase and upstairs bathroom location, are fully disclosed in our photos and description. Guests are encouraged to review them to ensure the setup fits their needs before booking. Hot Tub & Cleanliness: The hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between every stay. At the time of inspection, it was in proper working order. The property is professionally cleaned before each check-in, and we have never received reports of mold or strong odors from any prior guests. Safety: The railings and balconies are as pictured and secure. Our team inspects the property regularly to ensure guest safety and comfort. Communication: We take pride in being responsive and professional. In this case, a refund request was made after check-in, but since the cabin was clean, safe, and as advertised, we could not honor it. While we regret that this guest chose not to stay, we remain committed to delivering a comfortable, well-maintained experience to all future visitors.

Any residue is flushed during servicing, and both are kept in proper working order. Furniture, Beds, & Linens: All linens are freshly laundered prior to each check-in. We have not received prior complaints about odors or stains. Cabin Layout: The spiral staircase, balconies, and outdoor stairs are clearly shown in the listing photos and described accurately. We always encourage guests to review the photos to ensure the layout fits their needs. Appliances & Amenities: The refrigerator, microwave, and lighting were inspected before and after your stay and were in working condition. Wi-Fi, hot tub, and other amenities functioned as expected. Trash Removal: Our guest instructions provide clear directions for trash disposal. If you were unsure, our team would have been happy to clarify during your stay. We do understand you requested a refund for leaving early, which we politely declined since the property was clean, as advertised, and ready for your full reservation.
