No Smoking: This is a smoke-free property.

No Parties: Please respect our no-party policy to maintain a peaceful environment.

4th-Floor Walk-Up: The studio apartment is located on the 4th floor of a walk-up building and may not be suitable for all guests.
Please no smoking in the unit. Smoking in the unit will cause an additional $250 cleaning fee.

Please be sure to return the key to the lockbox upon checkout. Missing keys will require a locksmith at $150 for re-entry.

We love your furry friends, their is an addition $80 charge for our cleaners.
