Greetings from Ai and Brian! We are Navy Veteran Owner-Operators, and this is our newest Acworth townhome! Here you will have Full Access to the Entire townhouse which includes a fully functional kitchen, dedicated workspaces with high-speed Wi-Fi (300+ mbps), a comfortable living room with a large comfortable sectional and a 65" Smart TV, onsite laundry with washer and dryer, and all 3 bedrooms has queen sized beds. This property also features a key code smart lock for easy self-check-in anytime!

This townhome is a 5-minute drive to Lake Acworth Public Beach and Historic Acworth Downtown, 9 minutes from Lakepoint Sports Facilities, and 26 minutes to The Battery Atlanta. 30 minutes to downtown Atlanta. (Depending on traffic).

Property as described, plenty of room to spread around. Convenient access to the lake and downtown Acworth. Hosts were very responsive with a couple of questions we had.

This was a time when my family and I could get together to spend some quality time together. The townhouse was very nice and we had no issues. Because it was my whole family, I did a lot of cooking at the townhouse. The only issue I faced was that there were no items like measuring cups and spoons, along with a mixing bowl, etc. for such purpose. This was also the first time since renting this type of property that I was required to wash the dishes and towels as we paid a cleaning fee. Otherwise our visit was very pleasant.

WONDERFUL – 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!

My stay at this beautiful town home was perfect! The home is very spacious, super clean and in such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The owners are very quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect!The large living room is big enough for a family of 8 to 10 to spend time together. The beds are comfortable, and the closets are huge!!! I love the master bath. An oversized bathtub and a large shower!Lots of nice touches here! From the Keurig cups provided, to the USB ports in the lamps in the bedrooms! The bathrooms are all stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner and fluffy towels. The laundry room is very nice and is stocked with detergent!I was traveling alone, but this home would be perfect for a family. The kitchen is stocked for a night in of cooking. However, you are so close to downtown Acworth (literally a mile or so) which has so many great food options. Also, you are close to Logan Farm Park, which is a nice, very large park. And, if you are there in the summertime, you are very close to Lake Acworth. Dallas Landing has a great beach!The location is terrific, the service from the hosts is amazing and the home itself is just perfect!I will definitely be back!
