Welcome to Mountain View Lookout, your immaculate 3-bedroom, single-level sanctuary in the heart of Uptown Sedona, comfortably welcoming up to six guests.

A relaxing living room with a cozy gas fireplace and a smart TV.

A dining area that comfortably seats six.

A fully equipped chef's kitchen with three additional counter seats, perfect for making memories after a day of exploration.



This spacious home offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms:

Primary Bedroom: A serene retreat with a king bed, large walk-in closet, dedicated workspace, and an attached bathroom featuring a large soaking tub. Enjoy direct walk-out access to the back porch.

Second Bedroom: Features a queen bed, walk-in closet, a convenient makeup station, and an attached bathroom. This room also has its own walk-out access to the front patio.

Third Bedroom: A comfortable room with a queen bed and closet, with easy access to a full bathroom.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house and its amenities. This includes all three bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, front patio, and back porch. One small pantry closet will remain locked for owner storage.



Your stay includes the convenience of keyless entry with a personal code. The code will be provided before your arrival and will be active from 4:00 PM on your check-in date until 10:00 AM on your check-out date.

Single-Level Home: The entire home is on one level with no interior stairs, making it easily accessible.

Family-Friendly: A high chair and a pack 'n play are available for those traveling with little ones. Please let us know if you need them.

Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, paper towels, and toilet paper to get you started.

Wildlife: Sedona is a beautiful desert landscape with natural wildlife. While we take extensive pest control measures, we recommend keeping doors and screen-less windows closed to prevent critters from entering.

Safety: For your security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras monitoring the perimeter of the home. There are no cameras inside the property.
