We are a residential, coastal community uniquely and conveniently located a short drive to Tampa, many famous Gulf Beaches, Tampa Airport and University, and beloved Florida Attractions! Our backyard canal leads directly into Tampa Bay - book a charter to pick you from the dock, or spend the day swimming in the pool overlooking the waterways. Keep your eyes peeled for dolphins and manatees!
