A Trailside Duplex Along the Alpen Trail

One side of a duplex, Winterpark 1 is perfect for a large family or multiple couples. It offers 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the main level and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper level. The main level also has an open kitchen, dining and living room. This is a fantastic area with a freestanding fireplace in a brick alcove, 2 day beds/cozy reading nooks, and patio doors leading out to a large deck with a grill and the ski hill. Everything is warmly decorated, clean, and very inviting. There is also a sauna on the main level and WIFI is available throughout the unit. Pets are not allowed in this unit. There is access to Lift #1 along the Alpen Trail from the backyard. A 3 night minimum stay is required. As of June 30, 2023 this home will no longer provide a landline phone or cable TV. A Smart TV will be available for streaming.
