Queen trundle bed - Serta Posturepedic mattress purchased new in 2024. Twin trundle bed underneath. Stay comfortable with the speed-adjustable ceiling fan and triple-layer blackout curtains. Solid wood desk, curved monitor, and desk chair.

🛏 Third Bedroom: Queen bed - Serta Posturepedic mattress purchased new in 2024. Extra Twin XL mattress in garage for extra sleeping space. Stay comfortable with the speed-adjustable ceiling fan and triple-layer blackout curtains.

🛡Security

• Safety cameras at front and back doors. Every camera faces outward, and cannot see inside the home. They can record both audio and video of the outside, not inside, the home.
  
• Ecobee smart thermostat does not record any audio or video and microphone is off. The thermostat is also not connected to any other smart device except an air quality monitor, located in the main bedroom.
