I loved staying here. It was close to Sequoia National Park, beds were comfortable, place was clean, kelvin was fast to reply to any of my questions.

Quaint abode

Kelvin was very responsive since the day we booked. The space is bigger than photos in VRBO. Pleasantly surprised with all the appliances, cookware, cleaning and hygiene products that were available on site. Would loved to had a blender and toaster. The one complaint I have is the amount of spiderwebs and spiders around the property. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Comfortable

It was verry nice everything seems very well kept very comfortable will definetly recomend. They provide slides to use inside the house . Just the mirrors were a bit dirty nothing that cant be fixed and also some food pices around the couter other than that everything was perfect

Nice place

The house is super clean and a wonderful place to stay. The only issues were that we didn’t know we would have someone staying above us, so that made it hard to sleep at first. The other thing was that there were supply cabinets that had locks on them. We weren’t sure why as no other places we have stayed had things locked up- which made us wonder if it was locked away from us or people in the neighborhood. Additionally, parking was a little weird as the people who stayed upstairs didn’t always park like there were people who would stay downstairs. They were kind enough to move their car over.The neighbors were the sweetest people we have ever met. They made the stay exceptional.

Comfy & Clean

Very nice 3 bedroom unit in mid-size town, so 15-30 minutes to most franchise restaurants/stores. Everything was clean and new. Towels & linens super soft & comfy. Owner manages multiple properties & got mixed up, giving me information about the wrong unit a couple of times. Only down side to this was when I asked him how it slept 10 with only 4 beds, he told me the sofa pulled out, but it didn’t, so we didn’t bring our camping mats for the floor. It worked out in the end as the couch was wide and comfy so we were able to make a bed on the floor out of the couch cushions for one kid and the other slept on the other half of the couch. Both were able to have sheets, blankets & pillows since there were extras of those, but only one set of towels per person. Also, if you plan to drive into Sequoia or King’s Canyon, plan for more like 1-2 hours up and down windy mountain roads each day, depending on where in the park you plan to go. Also be prepared to possibly buy/bring jugs of water, as the owner recommended that to us when he sent us the house rules. They also ask that you remove your shoes in the house & empty all trash before leaving. We didn’t mind taking our shoes off, makes for a cleaner environment, but some might not like this. Overall great place to stay, and we were super grateful the owner worked with us & extended our check out time when our vehicle broke down our last night there, giving us time to get that resolved the next morning.
