This home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The primary bedroom features a plush king bed and a TV, perfect for winding down after a day of adventure. The second bedroom is ideal for kids or extra guests, offering a bunk bed with a full and twin mattress, plus its own TV for entertainment. The living room boasts a large, comfy couch, a chair, and a TV, creating a perfect space for movie nights or relaxation. The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials, plus a coffee bar to jumpstart your mornings!
Guests have full access to the entire house, including both bedrooms, the bathroom, the living room, and the fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar. The laundry closet is also available for guest use. Enjoy the private backyard, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Please note that the attic and the renter’s closet are not accessible to guests. Make yourself at home and enjoy your stay!

- Maximum occupancy is 5 people. Any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation. Only registered guests (guests that are on the reservation) are allowed at the house. Any visitors must be disclosed and approved by me.
- Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property
- Do not leave out any food out that will attract unwanted pests
- Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
- If there's any accidental damage, let me know ASAP and I'll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be
- If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
- Please do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor, during your stay. This includes chairs, picnic tables and any and all furniture in the house.
- If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days.
- If renter must cancel due to tropical storm/hurricane evacuation requirements, full refund will be given. If renter must evacuate during their stay due to tropical storm/hurricane, they will be credited for all days lost.
- We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises, nor are the owners responsible for loss or damage of personal property of renters. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
