The Space:

This tiny home is a haven for nature enthusiasts, with abundant outdoor spaces—including a hammock, fire pit, gas grill, and private porch/deck—offering peaceful spots for stargazing or quiet reflection. Even simply wandering the property brings about a sense of serenity as you free your mind and connect with the beauty of the natural landscape. Away from the home, you’ll be just about 10 minutes away from Pedernales Falls State Park, filled with endless opportunity for adventure by land or by water. Wine lovers will also rejoice as you’ll be located at the start of the Texas Wine Trail, placing you just a short drive from over 50 wineries.



The home’s interior expertly exudes those cozy cabin vibes, where soaring vaulted ceilings enhance the openness of spaces bathed in abundant, natural light. Sink into plush living room sofa seating, surrounded by rustic-modern décor creating a warm, inviting atmosphere as you stream all your favorite entertainment on the mounted smart TV. A wine cooler will help you store those newly acquired bottles, ready to host happy hour whenever you are.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare homestyle meals with ease, including a full-size stove, refrigerator, microwave, and air fryer. In the morning, enjoy a fresh start with the drip coffee maker. Dine together indoors at the counter or on available tray tables or take your fare outdoors onto the deck for an al fresco mealtime experience while the sun sets below the horizon and the string lights provide a romantic glow.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and a loft.



The bedroom includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



The loft includes a queen size bed. Please note that the loft has low ceilings.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.

• This is true Hill Country wilderness, so tread carefully—nature’s beauty comes with its wild side, including thorns, critters, and the occasional slither.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. An additional flat pet fee of $75 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. Please be sure to take care with your pets, as this home is located in a wild, natural area.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located at the front porch and actively monitoring the valley to the front of Vega, the deck, and the fire pit.

• This home is a sister property to Monte Mahala, Casa Maia, also located on the property. You may see other guests coming and going during your stay as well as in shared common spaces such as the Wisdom Oak and additional public seating areas. Larger groups will want to consider booking the parent/composite unit of Monte Mahala, providing access to both units.

• Please read each of the rules carefully to avoid any danger and/or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out.

o You must be at least 21 years or older to book this property.

o No events, group gatherings or parties are allowed at any Grand Welcome Texas Hill Country property under any circumstance unless preapproved.

o Permitted use: This reservation is for use as a vacation rental only.

o Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
