Open floor plan, modern kitchen, quality furniture, cozy bedrooms, and a very convenient location, right next to downtown! Perfect for families, professionals, and for luxurious getaways! The home comes with all the essentials for comfortable living and enjoyment. The living room features an electric fire place along with a smart T.V. The house has a great balcony with outdoor furniture and grill.
Step into a cozy and welcoming retreat where every detail is designed for your relaxation. The open layout effortlessly combines the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, creating a light-filled and airy environment perfect for spending time with family and friends.
LIVING:
The living area features two spacious sofas ideal for accommodating larger groups, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that let in an abundance of natural light. There’s also a charming nook with extra seating, providing a perfect spot to unwind.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with sleek, modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Whether you’re preparing a family feast or a quick snack, you’ll find everything you need. The large kitchen island seats three, offering extra space for dining or morning coffee, which you can make using the convenient Nespresso machine.
DINNING:
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which comfortably seats six and opens to a private balcony—an excellent spot for enjoying the outdoors or savoring your meals in the fresh air.
BEDROOMS:
This home includes three thoughtfully designed bedrooms that can sleep up to seven guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a spacious shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and its own private bathroom. The third bedroom includes a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full-size bed below, making it perfect for kids or extra guests.
Situated in a prime location, this home provides easy access to local attractions, including parks, dining, shopping, and I-5, ensuring you’re perfectly positioned to explore all the area has to offer. Enjoy comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury during your stay!
We have monthly discounts for people looking to stay longer then 30 days.
Guests have access to the entire unit with key-less entry. You will also have a private entrance and driveway to park your car.

The neighborhood is usually quite and low traffic location. It is a family friendly place and the neighbors are great. There is also plentiful of free parking available on the street if you have more then one car.
Getting around couldn`t get easier as you are located minutes away from I-5 highway. You have numerous of restaurants and coffee shops as soon as you get in to Main St. The waterfront is also just 5 minutes away driving.

- 11 miles to Downtown Portland
- 12 miles to Portland International Airport
- 35 miles to Multnomah Falls
- 65 miles to Mt. Hood
- 88 miles to the Oregon Coast (Seaside)

- Unnotified Pet Fee: Guests who bring pets without notifying the host will be charged $400 per pet/per night for the duration of the stay.

- Guests assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by their pet during their stay.
- Non-Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside, away from the house, and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Pets: If you bring a pet, ensure all pet waste is picked up and disposed of properly.
- Overnight Guests: Only guests listed on the original booking are permitted to stay overnight.
- Grill: After using the grill, please turn off the propane.
