These supplies should be sufficient for the first few days of your stay. For additional supplies, guests are encouraged to either purchase from nearby stores or bring extra items with them to ensure a comfortable stay. We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.

✔It is in a commercial district; there may be some music noise at live-music noise (low) at night and some normal `business` noise during day. It`s on a side street but in-town.

✔During the winter season, the outdoor chairs on the porch and patio are unavailable as they are stored away to protect them from harsh weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding!

✔Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You are welcome to smoke outside, though. Kindly dispose of your cigarette butts in the stainless trash container located in the parking area next to the exterior of the red brick building. Thank you!

✔Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.

✔IMPORTANT ANIMAL LIABILITY INDEMNIFICATION
The Property Management Company (“Manager”) does not own, keep, or control any animals permitted on the premises and shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by any animal belonging to a guest, occupant, or invitee. Guests may bring pets onto the property only if permitted in writing by Manager or the Property Owner and only under the condition that the guest assumes full responsibility and liability for the behavior, supervision, and control of such animals.

The guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Property Owner and Manager, and their respective officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

-Any injury or damage caused by an animal kept or brought onto the property;
-Any failure to comply with local animal control or leash laws; or
-Any violation of the property’s pet policy or house rules.

Manager is not required to inspect, control, or monitor the presence or behavior of any animal on the premises. If Manager becomes aware of an aggressive or dangerous animal, Manager may immediately remove or require removal of the animal and/or terminate the guest’s occupancy without refund.
Guests are encouraged to carry personal liability coverage through their homeowner’s, renter’s, or travel insurance policies for potential animal-related incidents.

This clause shall survive the termination of any rental agreement or guest occupancy.

Lovely property! My husband and I were brave enough to travel with 8 kids, ranging from 5 to 18yo.Accommodations were great. Beds on the super soft side of the spectrum for other folks' reference.Great location in Stroudsburg and within walking distance to many local restaurants and shops. Owner was phenomenal at communication which we greatly appreciated!Forewarning that bedrooms and bathrooms are all located on upper level and, as is expected with an historic home, stairs can be a bit steep.We didn't really cook during our stay due to a small snafu but kitchens appeared well stocked if we had.Both units were very clean and the cleaning crew was very helpful in returning a few forgotten items. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would return again!

The only disappointing issue was the listing description made it seem like there was a first floor bedroom in the first unit. My elderly Mother was unable to climb the steep stairs to the bedrooms upstairs and we needed to find other accommodations for her.
