GerĂ€umiges Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern / 2 BĂ€dern in ruhiger Wohngegend mit eigenem Bootssteg und Zugang zum Lake Grassy - ideal zum Angeln oder fĂŒr Wassersportarten. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Kingsize-Bett mit Pillow-Top-Matratze und eine Dusche im Hauptbad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Das zweite Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne. Ausziehbares Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, 40-Zoll-Samsung-Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss (145 KanĂ€le) und WLAN von xfinity, DVD. Im hinteren Patio mit Tisch und StĂŒhlen und einem Grill abgeschirmt. Garage zur VerfĂŒgung, hat neue Waschmaschine und Trockner und einen zweiten KĂŒhlschrank. Ein kleines Haustier unter 10 kg ist gestattet. Bei der Ankunft wird eine einmalige, nicht erstattungsfĂ€hige GebĂŒhr in Höhe von 25 USD fĂ€llig.

Nice, clean house in a great neighborhood

The house was very clean, neighborhood was quiet. We felt very safe there and you can tell the people that live there love and care for their homes. We loved the lanai in the back of the house. Nice and peaceful. Took a walk to the lake, beautiful area. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice and cozy community...like a hidem gem!

House is nice and clean! The only thing we didn't liked was the water. We cooked and brush our teeth with bottle water. We understand that's something the owner don't have control of and it is what it is! After couple days was not sooooo bad like the first day and we thought maybe because house was close for long period of time. Anyway...house is very nice and the neighborhood the best around for a calm restful time so needed. The owner try to make sure the place is comfortable. He provides he's guests with most of the necessary for a nice stay. Attention to details is outstanding! Thank you so much for having us there and for your attention Rhett! Many blessings!😊

A Great Vacation Home

This may have been our first stay at this home but it will not be our last as we have already rented it for next year. The owner, Rhett went out of his way to make our visit the best we’ve ever had anywhere in Highland County, FL. The property is very clean, well equipped, comfortable and convenient to all shopping needs. My husband especially enjoyed fishing in all the surrounding lakes.

Great Weather

This was a great value for budget minded travelers. The neighbors were very friendly . We were able to use the access to Grassy Lake to put in our small boat. There is also an area if you need a place to park your boat. The owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. It was a very enjoyable vacation.

Very comfortable

This property is amazing! It's clean and comfortable and the owners are extremely nice and easy to communicate with. It was perfect for our family and there were even toys for our 4 year old to play with! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wanted a nice quiet getaway!!!!

We found this home to be very clean. The owner was very nice. The rooms were large enough and the enclosed porch area was nice and quiet. It's a quiet an friendly neighborhood. Mater bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. The home was stocked with condiments, supplies etc that you would normally have to buy. We were there 3 months so we replenished it all before leaving. The only drawback was the showers.

Great Stay

This house is Everything you will need for a great Vacation. It has a great Florida room with a grill. A roomy well equipped kitchen. A nice yard with Birds and squirrels to watch. And it is close to shopping and entertainment in Lake Placid Sebring and Ft Myers.

If you like peace and quiet this is the place for you!

Clean, quiet home in a nice neighborhood. The only reason I didn't give this home a 5 star rating is because it was a little out of the way for us. Not much to do. There are a couple nice state parks in the area and the murals are great! If spending some quiet time away from all the hustle and bustle of a bigger city is for you then choose this home!

Restful Retreat

We stayed here the month of February 2018 and loved every minute! Very quiet neighborhood. Screened-in porch in the back was a heavenly place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while soaking in the sun and listening to the birds sing--something we certainly couldn't do in Ohio at that time of year. House was very clean and the owner is personable and accommodating.

Excellent first time VRBO experience!

As this was our first time using VRBO to find a place to rent while we were in Florida, we have to say it was more than we had expected. It really felt just like home. The home in Lake Placid was well equipped with everything we needed upon our arrival. And Rhett even went and turned the lights on for us as we ended up getting delayed on our departure and didn't arrive until after dark. The community is very quiet and the neighbors are pleasant and friendly. Looking forward to our next trip down next year already!

Business Travel

We often work in this area of south Florida and were pleased to be able to house our employees in such a nice place, and not a hotel. It was clean and comfortable and close to everything. We will definitely hope it's available again the next time we are in this area. By the way, the owner is a great guy and super easy to work with.
