Bedroom 1 — Full-over-Full Bunk Beds — Flexible main-level sleeping space designed for families and additional guests.
Bedroom 2 — Queen Bed — Comfortable upstairs Queen bedroom for restful coastal nights.
Important Sleeping Note — A sofa sleeper is located in the loft but is not available or advertised as a guest sleeping option. Please do not use it as a bed.
Bathrooms — Two bathrooms serve the home, providing a comfortable and convenient setup for families and groups.

The expansive deck is one of Sea Casa’s biggest highlights, with panoramic Pacific views and plenty of space to settle into the coastal setting. • Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
