We are minutes from Downtown and have quick access to freeways that take you to Utah's finest ski resorts. We are walking distance from grocery stores and also a few blocks from local eateries, well-known food chains, local city parks, the University of Utah, entertainment, Primary Children's Hospital, and everything else. Enjoy this safe and cozy space, which features 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, blackout curtains in each room, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Classic wood trim throughout the large open living room leads to a large balcony. Guests can enjoy amenities like Google Fiber. Central-Air offers heating and cooling. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining, including pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, a coffee maker, and more!
