Contemporary charm comes to mind with this 1,470 sq ft third floor 2 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bathroom suite, which includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Washer & dryer, gas fireplace and private balcony are also included in this beautiful suite. Both the master bedroom and second bedroom feature their own private bathrooms. Sleeps 5, which includes one King bed and 2 Full size beds.



The Space:

This suite is located at Peninsula Bay Resort with 330 feet of beach frontage on East Grand Traverse Bay. As guests, you have access to a heated outdoor pool and hot tub from around Memorial Day Weekend until around Labor Day Weekend with an outdoor grill area; weather permitting.



Guest Access:

A set of keys will be made available to the Guest at time of check in.   You will receive an e-mail and/or a text 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival with additional instructions. There is an elevator and a set of stairs on each side of the building.



The Neighborhood:

Peninsula Bay Resort is nearby gas stations, grocery stores, coffee shop, bike rental and shop, restaurants, walking/bike trail and much more.



Getting Around:

Peninsula Bay Resort has a large parking lot. There is additional parking, across the street and behind Speedway.



Other Things to Note:

Schmidt-Rogers Management offers a 24/7 emergency service line for any emergencies that occur during non-business hours.
