Eigentumswohnung:
Diese Wohnung mit direktem Blick auf das Meer, den Pool und den Innenhof. Die Küche, das Esszimmer, das Wohnzimmer, das Hauptschlafzimmer und der Balkon bieten eine herrliche Aussicht. Diese Wohnung mit etwas mehr als 1.200 m² Wohnfläche verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe sowie einen Flachbildfernseher.


Komplex:
Der Komplex ist um einen üppigen tropischen Innenhof mit einem großen Außenpool und einer Terrasse herum angelegt. Auf dem Deck befinden sich Liegestühle, auf denen Sie einen Tag am Pool verbringen können. Auf jeder Seite des Komplexes befinden sich mehrere Außengrills sowie ein Abstellraum für Liegestühle, Boogie-Boards und Sandspielzeug. Vor Anchorage I & II finden Sie einen Spielplatz, einen Gedenkpark, einen Übungspfad, einen privaten Weg zum Meer, Außenduschen und private Strandpavillons, die unsere Gäste genießen können. Aufzüge und Behindertenrampen befinden sich auf beiden Seiten des Komplexes und sind leicht zugänglich. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

This stay had exactly what we wanted - super close to a nice beach, close enough to “touristy” stuff if you wanted to be there but far enough away for some peace and quiet. Air conditioning and washer/ dryer in the unit is a plus. Unit was plenty big enough for our family of 4 - Would recommend

Excellent stay!

We had a great time at anchorage II this past week. The location is excellent and the walk to the beach is very easy. The location was ideal compared to the big hotels. We felt like we had more space at the beach and we liked being on a first floor unit. The unit itself was clean and very comfortable with a lot of space for a family of 4.

Convenient to beach, not a great unit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental company was great with communication (both proactive and in responding to my inquiries), and the location of this condo to the beach is great, but the unit itself was a disappointment. Broken items included a refrigerator shelf, a nightstand door, and a bathroom drawer. Decor was dated, bedspreads were worn out, and the shower was moldy in the crevices. After we arrived, we realized the unit is currently on the market, which may explain why things haven't been kept up. (A realtor and her clients literally walked in the unit without knocking.) We might consider the Anchorage again in the future, but definitely not this unit.

Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately the first week turned out to be disappointing as our condos had various appliance/mold problems, needed a paint job badly and lacking items important to our stay.The second and third weeks was better as we moved from Anchorage II A109 to A110. This condo was much nicer as far as decor but ended up having problems with the stove-2large burners would not work; we final got 1 working by ourselves which was frustrating to say. The the toilet had a leak and could not be fixed until the day we left. All in All these condos should be looked at more thoroughly and not left up to the vacationers to have to bring the number of problems up to Management. Like I mentioned to Lisa the owners need to upgrade their appliances and furniture; also check that their outdoor furniture is cleaned or replaced if showing rust problems. I think we pay enough to rent these units and they should be inspected for mold and properly working items especially toilets.We have been coming to MB for some 30 years and we love the area. All this did not stop us from having a good time but was frustrating at times.I also thing your pictures on your web sit should be upgraded to show a closer look at the condo and its special features.

As mentioned during our phone conversation, we sent maintenance immediately when you reported an issue and all condos are inspected between each guest by housekeeping and maintenance. There is no mold issue, however the condo is scheduled to be repainted and just got new furniture. We hope you will give this unit another try on your next visit.

We have maintenance and housekeeping on staff 7 days a week and are happy to assist with anything you need. The flooring ended up having an issue with the acutal building settling. Repair is taking place and new flooring in soon. We hope you will come stay again in 2023.

Love it!!

We loved staying in 109. The directions were so helpful. Everything was clean and wonderful! The king bed was a little lumpy. Lol. One lady above us tried to make us leave the pool because kids were on the rope. Other owners were telling her to calm down. She then began taking pictures of the kids. Parents soon protested as this is illegal without parent consent. It all worked out in the end. I would gladly stay again!!

Cleanliness and Comfort

1.The fabric sectional Sofa has a foul smell. Likely, a professional cleaning needed. 2. The 2nd bdrm needs room darkening curtain a window. My family members were unable to sleep with the outside light shining in the bedroom. 3. The 2nd bedroom mattresses were very uncomfortable. Best described as hard! Therefore, no one slept in this bdrm. This was not the experience I hoped for. Having to share the master bdrm was not the plan. I paid for beds that two family members were unable to use!

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review of the condo. The sectional sofa a gel memory foam sofa bed is less than one month old maybe the odor was a new smell? (new photos coming soon) We replaced the master bedroom mattress last year as it was in need. However when we replaced the master and inspected the twins we didn't find any indication they needed to be replaced as we hadn't had any complaints. It was in a quiet location but still close enough to all the attractions, lots of restaurants, and outlet mall. There were some maintenance things that I notified the property managers about that didn't impact our stay but I wanted to give them the heads up; maintenance was there that day to fix it. My kids loved that the pool was so close. My husband enjoyed his early morning beach walks. The families we met were so nice and I found out return every year. Huge kudos to the property managers. I DEFINITELY recommend Anchorage II. My family will definitely return to Anchorage II because there's more things I want to do in MB and didn't get to. The only con I have is that being on the first floor I could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around at night. I kept thinking it was my kids waking up (I'm a light sleeper). But that was a minor issue. It DEFINITELY wouldn't deter me from returning to Anchorage II A 109
