Just 5 minutes away you have the Aventura Mall ( Biggest and best shopping mall of Miami ) and by Collins Ave you have multiple stores ( restaurantes, bars, supermarkets , cafes, etc)

As you have a free parking space . We highly recommend you to rent a car because in Miami the distances are long . If you are interested in renting please let us know and we will send you a quote. We have wholesale prices. thank you

CHECK OUT - (What should I do at check out time?)

The departure time is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure In case you need a late check out please read FAQ below. Unauthorized departures after 11:00 AM will be charged one night penalty to your credit card and / or the deposit claim will be made on the website where you made your reservation.

· LEAVE CLICKER/ FOB, AND BRACELETS You must leave the FOB electronic keys (garage clicker) inside the department. If you do not leave the FOB, s, you will be charged the cost of each item , $ 100 FOB / clicker)
· WHAT TO DO NEXT: At the time of leaving we only ask you to throw the garbage at the end of the hall ( where it says Trash shute). You should not wait for us to inspect the department since any damage will be charged to the credit card or the claim will be made to the web page where you made the reservation.

In case of having a doubt before arriving or having an inconvenience during the stay with whom should I contact? Our FlatsAway office is located within the Ocean Reserve condo (Office CU-7) and we are open Monday through Friday from 9 am-5.30pm. You have rented a private apartment in a condominium not a hotel room therefore before your arrival if you have any questions please send us an email and we will respond within 48 hours hs. In case you can not wait and it is an emergency you can call us . Please call us ONLY during office hours or in case of an emergency as we do not have a service customer service 24 hours.

At what time is check- in time ? The rental period begins at 4:00PM on the day of arrival
At what time is check-out time: The rental terminates at 11:00AM on the day of departure, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Can I make an early check in ? We can't guarantee an early check in with anticipation due it is subject of availability. Please send us an email before your check in date to see if can be confirmed. The early check in fee is u$ 60.00 . If you want to guarantee an early check in you have to book the night before of arrival.
Can I make a late check out ? We can't guarantee a late check out with anticipation. Please send us an email just 2 days before your check out date asking for this request. The late check out fee is u$ 60.00. If you want to guarantee a late check out then you have to book one more night.
Can I have a crib ? Yes, It cost only U$ 60.00 for your entire stay. If you want to add it please send us a message
This rental includes daily cleaning service ? No, the cleaning fee we have charged it is only to clean the apartment after your stay. Daily housekeeping it is possible for an extra charge.
Can I send packages ? Yes, it has a cost of U$ 5.00 per package ( small packages) and U$ 10.00 big packages. Please send it only 1 week before arrival.
Is the pool heated ? Yes
Can I have beach chairs and umbrella ? Yes, we will provide you 2 beach chairs , an umbrella and 2 beach towels as a courtesy. If you need more please bring them.
Where is the beach located ? Just across street ( less than 5 minutes away)
Is parking included ? Yes, we will assigned you one free parking space. Parking can be cover or uncover. If you need additional parking space you have to use the valet parking service.

Laundry Room: Washers and dryers . They are on each floor next to the main elevators you need the Commercial Laundries, Inc card ( you can buy them at the front desk) and can be recharged by credit card only, at the machine sited is on the wall of the ground floor next to the market.

Where should I park my car?
Once you check in the front desk will give you a parking permit and will tell you where to park your park. You will have inside the apartment a garage clicker so you can open the garage.
Where it is ? You have to exit from valet parking, pass the building " B" , turn left, go straight and then you will the entrance to the garage ( please use the clicker to open the gate, turn left pass the parking " B" ( DO NOT PARK HERE- your car will be towed), you will see 2 STOP signs and you will see " Ocean reserve PARKING" . Once you see that please find your parking space
